Well life is definately gonna be picking up for us. No we arent pregnant. But I recently changed offices for work, I love it!!! Its a lot closer to home, & its crazy busy, I come home exhausted but happy. Its a nice change, & the new schedule is taking some getting use to. Nick has been looking for a welding job for a while now, he is certified in mig, so he can have a job in that area. He applied to his friends work, did awesome, but his timing was way long. They were happy w/ what they saw so they called him back for a second interview, the second on didn't go so swell.... he just called it & quit. He was so sad & frustrated, but after talking I told him for good measure he should call back in a week to atleast follow up. Well he did, he was told they hadn't made a decision. So a little ray of sunshine crept in & became the whole sun!!! He did infact get a job offer, turned in his 2 weeks notice, had to go take a drug test & he starts next monday!!!! We are truely excited, the great thing about this job is there is plenty room for advancement, & he goes to work early & comes home early, hopefully if he can keep this job for a while, when I quit work (due to a baby) we will have pleanty of time, & now he's the one with an ideal schedule. On top of all of this fun, we are so sad to say we got released from being primary teachers. I got a new calling, activities coordinator (enrichment leader), I am so nervous about the responsibility that has been placed in my lap, but i have faith. I am a little intimidated, but know with heavenly fathers help it will be ok.Nick got a new calling too... elders quorum secratary! That means he's gonna have to help with visits, & his meetings will be on opposite nights of my meetings, & I'm a lot nervpus about not seeing him so much. Plus my calling, he's gonna get roped into helping me set up chairs, & helping me any way he can. I assume the same for me to help him....Also on top of this, Nick starts school this week. This is his last semester & hopefully he can get a couple more certifications so he can do all sortsa welds. But again, more time away from home. I know this is short lived, & I am so proud of his accomplishments, & greatful that he is so willing to help me set up to be a stay at home mom when that time comes. I just feel like we took a big step into adult land, & incured a big amount of responsibility, but heavenly father knows what he is doing i guess.... i know, it will definately keep us busy. No idle hands in the Anderson home for sure!!!!

- I met Nick through his x-girlfriend....I always love starting our dating story like that, makes it seem like some scandalous affair, however I met her the day before I met him at a stake activity. The beginning of the next week he added me to facebook, and later that week I accepted. I felt so bad that I had not checked it earlier, so I gave him my number to text me sometime. He didn't waste anytime texting me after he read my facebook message. He came over that night, and we watched Without A Paddle. I wasn't interested in a relationship then, just thought that I would gain a new friend outta the deal, I gained that and so much more. We have been inseparable since then. Our different backgrounds, me being a country girl, and him being a city boy creates interesting moments daily, most in which we end up dying laughing at. We are so very fortunate to have each other in our lives. I am so grateful to be able to wake up next to an amazing man every day of my life.

I've been horrible at this this year...
So recently we have been having a lot of fun, we haven't been able to do much because we are having to pay for nicks school, but we have done a lot considering. This picture below is from the retreat. Nick has a birth defect and is part of a foundation Craniofacial Az or Happy Faces. We get to go and give encouragement to others and help them through their struggles while having a little family vacation. We get to go to the Point Hilton at Squaw Peak and get to have nice dinners and spend some time at the lazy river!!! We love it!!
Here is a good family picture I had someone take of us. Poor Kyle is having a rough time feeling like he is the third wheel to us married couple, but we try to let him know that we love him just as much!!
This is when we went to Prescott for a quick weekend get-a-way... It was absolutely lovely there, and it was the first time I really had a hard time coming home. I guess for us mountain folk, you move away, go to college, get married, and then move back for a family, and now that we are kind of at that point it was hard for me to come back to the city.
While we were at Prescott we ate at Zeke's, it's famous for it's huge food. I told Nick that they were big and he ordered 2!!!! He had fun, didn't get even close to finishing it, but had fun eating it none the less.
We also found this cute little itialian restrant in Old Prescott and had some lovely homemade chicken alfredo. I love him so much he just makes me so happy!!
While we were there we got our faces painted for a fundraiser for the firefighters. He is such a good sport, and good husband!!
I am just so fortunate to be able to have him, and he is truely my best friend!! Who else would sit and watch girly shows with me? Not just any guy, but he is very special!! He is getting ready to start school for his last semester in welding, and is currently looking for a new job in the areas that he is certified for. So we have some new exciting changes coming our way, hopefully they include a new job for him and earning a little extra money!!

SPRING BREAK!!
Ok so my boss is amazing!! He took us on an amazing spring break trip that created memories of a lifetime and left me with a constant craving for molten chocolate cake! We went on a Carribean Cruise, where you could get food 24 hours around the clock, they made your bed every morning and turned it down every night. What a rough lifestyle.
This is when we were in Cozemel which is an island off of Mexico, but lets start at the begining...
This is us infront of the limmo that took us to the airport!!! I commented to a coworker that I had never rode in one before and she worked it out with Nick and we were able to go to the airport in style.
This was our ship! It was really big and really fun, I only got a little sea sick but refused to take medicine to knock me out so I managed, Nick had rough moments, but did good and good all and all..
Every night our bed would be turned down for us, with a cool towel pet!!! Above: Elephant
Frog
Monkey
and a Dog!
We were always looking forward to see what animal we would have next!
Now we are gonna kinda skip around this is in Cozemel at their mall that was right off shore. We got a lot of gifts and awesome things that we bartered and we don't consider ourselves good barters'. Among our prize possesions was a ring for me that we bartered down $400, and some Oakly sunglasses that we bartered down $200 for Nick!!!
We loved the ocean!!! It was just so blue and so relaxing... kinda wierd when you think about it that a whale could be below you!!!
These were our awesome waiters that served us a 4+ course dinner every night, they were lots of fun!
This was us dressed up for the captains dinner. It was a formal occaison and you had to dress up way nice.
This is when we got off of the ship... we wanted to take a picture to get the porportions of how big the ship really was!
Here's Nick in front of the post office that we mailed postcards back home to! That was fun and scary and not quite like post offices here. It took 4 weeks for them to get the postcards.
This is a picture of the shops on the strip in Cozemel
Here is another porportion...( am i spelling that right? oh well) photo, this was Nick on the 8th floor of the ship almost completely to the top, and below was lots of sunchairs a big screan, which I think Elvis was currently on and a pool and a waterslide, we were too scared to go on the slide, it was really high up. One night they played P.S. I Love You and we sat on the chairs in the middle of the ocean on a beautiful night and watched it, it was way romantic.
This is Progresso, it's not as touristy as Cozemel but was a fun experience. It had about a mile plus long pier that you drove to get to Mexico, in Mexico we had some great food and got some great culture!
This was one of the days it was way windy you couldn't even talk normal, maybe it was that we were cruising at a faster rate I don't know... but as you can see my hair was straight back!
This was our bedroom window. It was pretty cool seeing all of the oil rigs and lights and white caps on the ocean at night.
This photo speaks for itself.. lol bought one for my brother, he doesn't know yet! SSHhhhhh!
This was our last day headed back to Galvaston to go home, I just love this guy! He is my world and I am so glad that he was able to go on this trip with me.
Immediately after we got back I got braces! They have been an experience, but in the end I know it will be worth it. This pic we took at a d backs game. We haven't been to one and wanted a different date night and we had a blast.
Nick is still in school and is working way hard trying to certify for his welding, the semester is quickly aproaching to an end. He is spending long hours at work and long hours at school and is in the heat all the time. I am working at the dental office still, I was able to get a break from my normal office and go help out at one of my dr's other offices. That was great, short, but great. It's nice to change the pace a bit. Bella is still doing just fine, I have recently started painting her toe nails for fun and she has done so well. She's a good dog. I think that is the extent of our excitement. We have a trip planned in July around my birthday to go to San Diego and we are so excited!! We are wanting to go to the temple and do a session, that will be the best part of the trip I think, but again gotta start the money saving grind.. That's the hard part. We are cruising through our 2nd year of marriage just fine... I am so lucky to have a man with righteous desires, I don't express it enough, but I am truely blessed for all that he is doing for me now and for a future family down the road. Until next time, I'll try to not let it be so long, that being my long blog and a long time until I'm on again.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!! So this is way late, but I have been sick for the past couple of weeks, and trying to get everything done with the holidays and all. We have had a lotta fun here lately, mom and dad and jalan came down for dad to get an emergency root canal. They stayed with us, which they never do and it was nice. So sad that dad was in a lotta pain though. My dr did the root canal then 2 weeks later they came back for the crown and it wasn't fitting quite right. So they will be back soon.... Mom was going on and on about how shocked she was at what I do, and was shocked that I actually knew what I was doing... Lol I better know what I am doing. It was nice to just have them and to have Nick and them get along. We also opened our homemade gifts which turned out amazing!!! Nick is really tallented and worked way hard. The things that he does makes it hard for me to not brag about how proud of him I am. Nick passed all of his classes, which we were way greatful for, there was one that was kinda tough. We took this picture at the visitors center at the temple. We didn't frequent the temple as often as I would have liked, but enough. It's amazing how life gets way busy. We spent christmas with his family in Queen Creek. It was a wonderful time. Then we went to Flagstaff as to have a romantic getaway, and to play in the snow and I got way sick. I was up all night and it was miserable. We decided to come on home. :( Hopefully I'll be feeling better soon, so Nick and I can bring in the new year. We are so excited for what this new year will bring!!!

Anniversary of an Eternity
Thanks to Jessica and her mad photo skills we were able to capture a very memorable anniversary. It was very special and we were so glad for everyone that was able to make it. So my brother could be part of it we went and did baptisms just for him, so our whole family could be there inside the temple as we shared our special day. That meant so much to Jalan, and to us. After that we went grabbed some breakfast and went back for us to get sealed. Then after we were sealed we went to Olive Garden to have a nice lunch, that Sandy passed out candles that were amazing, and everyone got to visit for a few hours. Then everybody left and Nick and I took a 3 hour nap cuz we didn't sleep very well the night before, then we went to starbucks had some hot chocolate and visited for a while, went shopping and bought Horton Hears A Who, came home snuggled down with some blankets and watched the movie. It was a great anniversary and an anniversary that will last for eternity.
